What is the most important? Cause I Don't know!!!!

Eating to stop Hunger pains?

TAKING A SHOWER?

Drinking water to help your thirst?

GETTING SLEEP?

*Or my personal choice Drinking A LARGE GLASS OF Milk!!!

(That would give me strength stop, help hunter pain, helped my thirst and then asap after drinking that get in the shower! ^_^ ) -Beast
